Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to negotiate solely with Anacomp, Inc., located 13873 Park Center Road, Herndon, VA 20171 to obtain continuation of maintenance services on Government-owned Output Management Software and associated printers. The equipment is located at the SSA?s, National Computer Center, 6201 Security Blvd., Baltimore, Maryland 21235-6201. The monthly service will include maintenance for a Microfilm XFP MOD III printer, a XFP-2000, Model MF23 Printer and Output Management Software, Model 7R7X. Anacomp, Inc., is the only known source which can provide the required maintenance service. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. This notice issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 5. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to publication. This announcement constitutes the only request and a written solicitation will not be issued.
