Description

UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) year, firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements type delivery order contract w/ an economic price adjustment (EPA). For Chair Parts (furniture)ITEM#0001. COMPUTER-TILT-KIT,EST#7201,QTY 300. U/I, EA. ITEM#0005. TABLE-LEG-ASSY,COMPLETE,ESTEC#5782,QTY 400. U/I, EA. ITEM#0006. CRT-STAND,28"DIA,5-LEG,EST#88527,QTY 275. U/I, EA. ITEM#0007.SWIVEL,DBL,,2",716"DIAX7/8",NYLON,LOCK,QTY 1,300. U/I, EA. The bidders are advised that two (2) each of the individual line items must be furnished as a part of the bid and shall be received by the time specified for the receipt of bids. Samples are to be submitted at no expense to the Government to the address listed below. Bidders requesting the return of their submitted samples should request it in writing. Upon receipt of written request the sample will be return at the bidders expense, unless sample is destroyed during pre-award testing. Samples will be evaluated to determine compliance with all chracteristics as specified in accordance with the specifications. The evaluation will be conducted to ensure capability. If the sample(s) for submission has been previously tested and analyzed by the Government facility, bidders are not required to submit other samples; however the bidder must certify that the product has been approved. Verification of an approved bid sample must be submitted. This solicitation document will be available on UNICOR's web page on or about October 31, 2001.
