Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for Fabric. The period of performance shall be a Two (2) Year. Line Item 0001: Cloth, TPE0890, Description: Tape, textile and webbing, tape, reinforcing, nylon. Nylon binding tape shall be dyed camouflage green 483, FED-STD-595B, Color #34094, for shade, appearance and colorfastness. Shall comform to type III, Class 1-A shuttleless loom nylon 6.6 plain weave 1-up and 1-down, 1 inch in width as per MIL-T-5038H Dated July 17, 1990. Line Item 0002: WEB0100, Description: Polypropylene, Type: IIA, Class: 4, Size: 2?W, Color: Tan-380, Roll #3507, U/M: Yard, MIL-Spec: MIL-W-44049A., Line Item: 0003, WEB0196, Description: Polypropylene, Type: IIA, Class: 4, Size: 2?W, Color: Camouflage Green 483, Color chip, U/N: Yards, #34094, Mil-Spec: MIL-W-44049A. Delivery is FOB Destination to FCI Raybrook, NY. Each delivery order acceptance is 30 days ARO for each delivery order. A series of orders placed from the same ordering office allowing 10 days between orders. Minimum Delivery order quantity for line item 0001 (TPE0890) is 30,000 yards, Minimum Delivery order quantity for line item 0002 (WEB0196) is 12,000 yards, Minimum Delivery order quantity for line item 0003 (WEB0100) is 12,000 yards, and the Maximum delivery order quantity for line item 0001 (TPE0890) is 240,000 yards, Maximum delivery order quantity for line item 0002 (WEB0196) is 40,000 yards, Maximum delivery order quantity for line item 0003 (WEB0100) is 40,000 yards. This requirement is domestic only and is ALL OR NONE. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about 10/10/2001.
