- SEE Note 12." Request sources for a DESC multiyear requirement for 1,512 Metric Tons of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5) FSII for US Navy and US Coast Guard in Mant, Equador. Minimum pumping rate to be 300 GPM. This is anticipatedas a requirements type, Fixed Price with Economic Price adjustment contract.
