In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525, this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for the REPAIR of the following items: NSN: 6615-01- 276-8318, PN: 4030468-907, NOUN: STABILITY CONTROL AUGMENTATION SYSTEM CONTROLLER (SCAS), APPLICABLE TO B1-B ACFT. THIS IS NOT AN RFP. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. APPLICABLE T.O.'S ARE 5A9-8-10-3 AND 5A9-8- 10-4.
