Description

Amendment 02 for the Checkout, Assembly and Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) acquisition is being released to industry via the NAIS website. The purpose of Amendment 02 is to modify subject RFP to provide for an observation period. Other RFP changes are also included in this amendment. Amendment 02 is being released in portions. The portions include (1) the Standard Form 30; (2) Revised RFP Sections A, B, F, H, I, and L; (3) Revised Appendices 13 and 22, (4) Revised enclosure to DR 16; and (5) Instructions on Completing KSC Form 16-246, Data Requirement. These files will be available on the NAIS and CAPPS websites. The Guidelines for the Observation Period will also be available on the NAIS and CAPPS websites.
