The original notice for this project was submitted to CBDNet on September 26, 2001 (submission no. 50Y8W7) NOTICE OF PRE-BID CONFERENCE AT CHIRICAHUA NATIONAL MONUMENT for Arizona PRA CHIR 10(1), Bonita Canyon Road. Date: October 30, 2001 Location: Chiricahua National Monument Visitor's Center Parking Area Contact: Mike McCann (303) 716-2120 or Tom Puto (303) 716-2087 Representatives from the Federal Highway Administration will hold a site visit and question/answer session from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Bonita Canyon Road project to assist prospective bidders interested in the project. Minutes of this session will be distributed by Friday, November 9, 2001 to all plan holders. Plan holders are not required to attend the pre-bid conference, but are encouraged to attend. Plans and specifications WILL NOT BE provided at the pre-bid conference or the site visit. Contractors should plan to bring their copies of the plans and specifications with them to the pre-bid conference.
