Description

AMOUNT: Approximately 2,800 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 2,426 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 2,547 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located within central business district of Newnan outside of the flood plain area and easily seen from a major street. The Central Business District is Defined as follows: North: Temple Avenue to Jefferson Street to Augusta Drive; South: Central Railroad of GA; East: A. and W.P. Railroad; West: First Avenue to Spring Street to College Street; If suitable space can not be found within the area described above, then the Government will look in the following area: North: GA Highway 747; South: Central Railroad of GA; East: A. W.P. Railroad to Augusta Drive to Jefferson Street/Bullsboro Drive/Hwy. 34 West: First Avenue to Spring Street to college Street to Temple Avenue to Jackson Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant Alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN July 2002. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years five year firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager must be accompanied by a letter from owner granting permission to make a offering of space.
