Description

Various parts for (31272) Ancra, (94658) Peck & Hale, (08484) Breeze Eastern and (10618) Gyrodyne. To be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis, against an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). An option clause to extend the contract period up to 4 additional years at the discretion of the Government is included. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 25 Oct 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discrestion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2040 and 4030. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
