Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DCA200-01-T-5113 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 97-27 and DAC 91-13. This RFQ is 100 percent small business set-aside, reference NAICS Code 334220, Size Standard 750 employees. Provide a price for CLIN 0001, Radios with accessories, Motorola HT/1250 or Kenwood TK-290 or equal, 750 each. Radios must meet the following specifications: 128 channels minimum, frequency range 136-174 Mhz, Power out 4W or more high 1W low, channel spacing 12.5 KHZ, Secure voice level 2 (Transcrypt). Accessories (750 each unless otherwise specified) must include installation of Secure Voice Module, 6 pack battery charger (125 each), speaker mikes, spare batteries, belt clips, PL tones, and antenna adapter with BNC connector (to permit attachment to external vehicle antenna). Delivery must be made to Office of Special Event Warehouse, 49 L Street SE, Washington, DC 20003 not later than 26 November 2001. FOB Destination pricing is requested. Warranty information must be provided with your quotation. FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. 52.212-1(b)(4): Offerors shall submit existing product literature in lieu of unique written technical proposals. FAR 52.212-2 shall not apply to this acquisition. Award shall be made based on lowest price. Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3. FAR 521.212-4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition -- 52.212-5(b): The following additional FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33.
