Description

Subject procurement is for commercial services and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFQ using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Madigan Army Medical Center intends to establish a firm fixed-price purchase order that will provide for three each, one-week slots of a local area radio station. The Designated Market is the listening audience reached through a radio talk statio n and an oldies station. It is estimated that there will be 80, 60-second spots for each station for each one week periods. The first week of advertisement is anticipated to run from 19 October 2001 through 26 October 2001. The second week is anticipate d to be from 09 November 2001 through 16 November 2001 and the third week is unknown and will be scheduled at a later date. However it will be run by 30 September 2002. The RFQ Number is DADA13-01-T-0002, the NAICS code is 54180 with a size standard of $ 5 million.
