Description

EPA is soliciting proposals as a full and open competition for Mission Support Services to the Office of Planning, Analysis and Accountability (OPAA). This requirement will include work in the areas of Agency Planning and Supporting Analyses, Performance Goals/Measures/Indicators and Data Quality, Accountability, Program Evaluation, Development of Outreach and Communications Materials, and Workshop/Meeting and Outreach Support. The subject contract will be for a two-year base period, one two-year option period, and a one-year option period; with an estimated total of 85,500 labor hours. The NAICS Code for this effort is 541611. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about November 1, 2001. Proposals will be due approximatley 30 days following issuance of the solicitation. This is a follow-on procurement to EPA contract number 68-W-98-207. The solicitation and any amendments will be available via the Internet at www.epa.gov/oamhpod1, as well as the source list of prospective offerors.
