The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is pleased to announce the release of N00421-01-R-0179 to the NAVAIR webpage. The solicitation should be available for review shortly at the following website: http://www.navair.navy.mil/business/ecommerce/ Note that this solicitation contains several differences from the Draft RFP that was previously released in June 2001, including revisions to the reserve system and the addition of a Small Business Subcontracting Strategy subfactor in Management. Accordingly, please carefully read the entire document thoroughly to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements. Also, all questions received after 3 September 2001 will be addressed in an official solicitation amendment.
