NAICS CODE 484110 Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The General Services Administration, Special Services Division, will be relocating approximately 1,460 employees for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the District of Columbia from the Waterside Mall Complex (WSM) located at 401 M Street, SW, the Fairchild Building, 499 South Capitol Street, SW, Floors 2nd, 7th, and 8th, to the Customs Building and Connecting Wing at 1301 Constitution Avenue, NW, basement and floors 1st through 7th and Ariel Rios North, at 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, basement level, Washington, DC. The moves into Customs and Ariel Rios North are expected to begin in January 2002 and will continue over a period of 8 to 9 months. The moves will occur Thursday and Friday and, if necessary, Saturday and Sunday. Prospective bidders interested in attending the walk-through must submit to this office the name of representatives (only two per firm), company name, date of birth, social security number and drivers license number by close of business 6:00 pm, November 5, 2001. Bidders that fail to participate in the walk-through or inspection of property to be relocated will not be considered for award. Solicitation will be issued on or about October 24, 2001.
