Description

This announcement is issued as a market survey ONLY. The HQ, Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) is seeking hotel accommodations for their 2003-2005 Training Symposium. The hotel must have at least 1,250 guest rooms and will offer a group block of 1,000. Offer all 1,250 rooms at prevailing government per diem plus 25% on peak nights (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). Have dates available second week of February to first week of May (excluding Easter week) for approximately seven day, Saturday to Saturday. Have at least 100,000 square feet of meeting space with two spaces of 30,000 square feet each for exhibit hall to accommodate approximately 200 exhibit booths, and 40 government automation demonstrations and displays. Offer complimentary meeti ng space. Offer overflow options within walking distance. Provide reduced food and beverage pricing to meet MTMC registration fee schedule.
