Description

Invitation to Bid Upgrading Building # 3 Adams and Associates, Inc., operating for the U.S. Department of Labor, The Woodstock Job Corps Career Development Center, a 500 student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland, is currently seeking written bids for upgrading Building # 3. This project includes but is not limited to demolishing, constructing walls and partitions, plumbing, patching, painting, flooring, finishes and electrical. A pre-bid conference and a walk-through will be held on Wednesday, October 17th, 2001 at 10:00 AM. Since this is a federally operated center, a courtesy call is appreciated prior to attending. Sealed bids will be received no later than 5:00 PM, October 31st, 2001. Adams and Associates reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities and select the bidder deemed most responsible. The funding for this project is from the U.S. Department of Labor which approved these funds for use by the Woodstock Job Corps Career Development Center.
