Description

Design, fabricate, install and test a storage aids system for Building 943 at Holloman AFB NM. The system consists of 463L and standard pallet rack, cantilever rack and an electric counterbalance forklift. The project also includes training of government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Existence of an Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer.
