- This is a request for daily janitorial services for the Operations Building and Depot Building at the Northern California Service Center (NCSC), 6101 Airport Road, Redding, CA. 96002. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. The contract time will be for 12 months, starting December 1, 2001 through November 30, 2002.
