Description

The work involves Janitorial Services for approx. 26,717 sq ft of office space for the BOR WY Area Office complex Mills Wy. The term of the contract will be from date of award, through 9-30-02, 11 months with options to extend up to two additional one year terms. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being reuested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #02SQ6A0005 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All quoters to reference this RFQ# and shall be submitted by 4pm, local time on 10-23-01. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The Naics code for this solicitation is 561720 and the small business size standard is 12.0 million.This combined Synopsis/Solicitation will be awarded as a lump sum with the following breakdown: Line Item 1: 11 months approximately 26,717 sq ft of office space for the Wy Area Office according to the Statement of Work; Line Item 2: 1 job, Shampoo all carpeted areas; wash all windows inside & out, strip, wax, and buff all tile floors in all buildings the month of November according to the Statement of Work; Line Item 3: Same as (2) only in April.
