Description

The Contractor shall provide security guard services at the Regional Office Building, 301 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC. This includes furnishing all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certif icates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, and files. This solicitation is set aside for small business firms on ly. Performance is expected to begin on or about February 1, 2002, and continue through January 31, 2003. The Government wi ll have the option to extend the term of the contract for four consecutive years. The invitation for bids will be issued on or about October 25, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. GSA is issuing t his solicitation electronically only.
