Description

1. The La. Dept. of Natural Resources(DNR) gives public notice that it is requesting proposals from interested, qualified persons or firms (including public agencies and institutions) for coastal use permit process enhancement. 2. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2503-02-25 are available at the DNR, 6th floor, Room 615, State Land and Natural Resources Building, 625 North Fourth Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 3. They may also be obtained by 1) writing to DNR, P.O. Box 94396, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9396, ATTN: Suzanne Terrell, 2) calling Ms. Suzanne Terrell at (225) 342-4539, 3)E-mail request to suzannet@dnr.state.la.us, or 4) fax at (225) 342-8700. 4. Please note that all requests must include a contact name, company name, mailing address, and telephone number. RFP's will be mailed immediately upon request via the U.S. Postal Service. 5. Proposals may be sent to the DNR, P.O. Box 94396, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9396, ATTN: Ms. Karen Y. Lewis, or delivered to the Department at the 6th floor, Room 615, State Land and Natural Resources Building, 625 North Fourth Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. 6. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on November 7, 2001 after which time and date they will not be accepted. 7. Proposals will be evaluated according to criteria defined in the RFP, and all proposers will be notified by U.S. mail of any contract awarded after such evaluation.
