Description

S -- The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has a requirement for SAS software license renewal. This requirement is being issued by Gov.Works under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of DCAA in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The period of performance for this effort is one base year, with four option years. Pricing for the option years will be in accordance with the Contractor's standard fee schedule. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the SAS Institute for these licenses in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 working days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
