Description

Removal of two (2) underground fuel storage tanks, install new fuel storage tank at the Sisseton IHS Hospital, Sisseton, Roberts County, South Dakota. Duration of the contract is for one-hundred twenty (120) days from the Notice to Proceed date. This is a firm fixed price contract. The Notice to Proceed may be issued in the spring of 2002. IFB No. 241-01-BI-3489 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There is a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The proposed solicitation listed herein is to be awarded to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
