The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Orbix 2000 (C++) Development Kit Version 1.2.1 Part # s1773 Model: REG, Qty 2 2) Orbix 2000 (C++) Development Kit Version 1.2.1 Part # s1773 Model: REG, Qty 2 and 3) Orbix 2000 (C++) Runtime Version 1.2.1 (1 -- 4 cpu's) Part # s1773 Model CC, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to IONA Technologies, Inc for compatibility with existing software. Any firms believing that they can provide the software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
