Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform sampling at two storm water outfalls as required by Pine Bluff Arsenal's Storm Water Discharge Permit. The outfalls are currently identified in PBA's Storm Water Po llution Prevention Plan. All collected samples with respective chains of custody will be delivered to a contract environmental laboratory for anaylses. Contractor will perform all sampling and field tests. Reports will be applicable. Effort to obtain t he required water samples are to be compliant with the sampling protocols of the permit. Samples are to be collected at both sites for the following parameters: Metals, Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Magnesium, Mercury, Selenium, Silver, Total Phosphorus, Total Organic Carbon, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Total Dissolved Solids, Biological Oxygen Demand, Total Suspended Solids, Oil and Grease, Ammomnium, Total Kieldahl Nitrogen, Nitrate-Nitrate and Cyanide. This project will consist of a Base Year and Four Option Years; F.O.B. Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Reference Numbered Note 1.
