Description

Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 8,500 rentable square feet of office space for the Social Security Administration. Unique Requirements: Build-to-suit, fully serviced single story, single tenant building. Split parking configuration, 25 for employees and 40 for the public. Location: The land must be located along a bus line within the City limits of Santa Fe. Term: The space is required for 15 years, with the Government having the right to terminate after 10 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be received by telephone or in writing no later than November 5, 2001. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of the General Services Administration.
