Quantity 5 each Wave-Off System, MK 1 Mod 0, Part Number 618401-2. Certification Test Procedures in accordance with NAEC Report NAEC-91-7950 dated 12 April 1978. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-00-17007. Quality Assurance in accordance with FAR 52.246-11, ANSI/ASQC Q9002 or equivalent is required. Item is flight critical and requires precision machining and manufacturing processes. May require stringent non-destructive testing and inspection, refer to specification/drawings and drawing notes. May require NAEC specialized manufacturing process controls, refer to specification/drawings and drawing notes. Required Delivery Date is 31 March 2002. Preservation, packing and packaging in accordance with best commercial practice. Inspection and Acceptance at source in accordance with REI-00-17007. Certificate of Quality Compliance applies. Pre-award survey and Post award conference is anticipated. Export controlled data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted prior to receipt of solicitation package.
