Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is for MDA113-02-T-0002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (Initial Effective 25 JUN 01). The NAICS Code is 811310. This is a sole source requirement for Automated Storage and Retrieval System hardware maintenance of HK Systems Mini-load 750 units with no substitutions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. These items are being purchased for theDefense Visual Informaiton Center (DVIC.) There are two (2) contract line items, described as follows: CLIN 0001ASRS Hardware Maintenance, to include four preventative maintenance visits per year, two hours per month of telephone support, and 48 hour response time; and CLIN 0002 ?Travel and Per Diem for four visits. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and make reference to this RFP.
