Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period November 1, 2001 through October 31, 2002 and 2 option year periods (November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2003 and November 1, 2003 through October 31, 2004) for VA Palto Alto Health Care System, California. These specifications cover the production of a newsletter requiring such operations as research, writing, editorial management, design, handling electronic files, 4-color process printing, binding, packing, mailing, and delivery. Approximately 4 orders. 8 pages per order. Approximately 140,000 to 175,000 copies per order. Samples: Representative samples are available for viewing at the Government Printing Office, Regional Printing Procurement Office, 1335 Dublin Road, Suite 113-B, Columbus, Ohio 43215 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Columbus, Ohio time. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Mare Island, California Mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Production time 18 workdays after contractor delivers proofs.
