Description

US Penitentiary, Leavenworth KS, is soliciting a contractor to remove and install two (2) 865-gallon storage-type water heaters in the basement of the Federal Prison Camp, Leavenworth KS. A site visit is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2001. Those wishing to attend must notify the contracting officer no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the visit. Attendees must undergo a brief background check (NCIC clearance) for approval to enter the work site. Requests for the solicitation packet must be submitted in writing (US mail, e-mail, or fax, 913-682-1176); phone requests will not be honored. Date for receipt of offers is 4:00 p.m.(central time), November 21, 2001. This is not a sealed bid. This solicitation is set aside for small business.
