Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug, Evaluation and Research (CDER) has a requirement to purchase a renewal of one year's maintenance for Microsoft Premier Support from Microsoft, Charlotte, NC. This maintenance provides up to 200 hours of a TAM's tim (Technical Account Manager) for proactive, technical consulting and account management services; 50 technical support instances which include hot fixes, critical problem alerts, and multivendor coordination; technical incormations services which includes newsflashes, expert roundtable participation, unlimited-user servicedesk license for an unlimited number of user to access the world-wide web, one MS TechNet Plus Subscription, and one MS Developer Network Subscription. This requirement is being purchase directly from Microsoft on a sole source basis. Therefor, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
