Description

The District of Columbia Child & Family Services Agency (CFSA) is seeking the development of a competency based training system through a program which will develop policies and procedures that assure a comprehensive child welfare in-service training. This request is only open to public colleges and universities within the Federal HHS Region III, which have a graduate School of Social Work. Copies of the solicitation (CFSA-02-R-0045-CA) will be available on or before October 22, 2001 and may be obtained from CFSA, 400 6th Street, S.W., 5th floor, Contracts Unit.
