Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Urgency requirements will be utilized in the solicitation process. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation DAHA21-02-T-0001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisi ons and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27, Part 12. FAR Clauses 52.252-1, 52.252-2, 52.212.1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.214-21, 52.217-5, 52.217-8, and 52.217-9 and 52.232-33 apply. DFARS Clauses 252.2 12-7000 and 252.212-7001 apply. This procurement is unrestricted regarding business size. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3691. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM CST on 5 November 2001 at the USPFO for Minnesota, Pr ocurement Division, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173. This requirement is for the following types of batteries: National Stock Numbers: 6140-01-210-1964, 6140-01-031-6882, 6140-00-057-2553 & 6140-00-059-3528. This RFQ is for o ne Base Year and Four Option Years to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
