Description

Modification to BAA 01-43: Add the following paragraph: "Proposers will provide their Technical and Cost proposals in a single PDF file on a ZIP disk or CD (Two separate files -technical and cost -- are allowed). This requirement is in addition to submission of the original and eight (8) copies of the Technical and Cost proposals as called out in the DTT PIP, page 13, Paragraph E.2. The Technical proposal title and the proposer company information will be included on the ZIP disk or CD label."
