The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick has a requirement for Parachute Mending Cloth, NSN: 1670-00-176-1802, P/N: PIA -T-43618, Quantity: 10,000 yards. The Government anticipates that this acquisition, utilizing the best value concept, will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
