Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for bathroom renovations at U. S. Coast Guard Station St. Inigoes, MD. Major work items include: Removal and replacement of ceramic tile flooring, sinks, vanities and various bathroom accessories; Removal and replacement of bathroom exhaust fans in bathrooms; and, Removal and replacement of bathroom light fixture and installation of GFCI receptacles in bathrooms. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
