Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire AN/ALQ-162(V)1 to (V)6 Production Upgrade Kits, AN/ALQ-162(V)6 Production Systems, Support Equipment and Tools, AN/ALQ-162(V)6 User Data File Generator and Software, Training, Spares, Manuals and associated data. This procurement is a Foreign Military Sale. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the only known provider of these supplies at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this request for proposal. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk DET Philadelphia.
