Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Pulse Systems Inc, 222 Boliver Street, Canton, MA on and other than full and open competitive basis to procure 1 ea, P/N UPT-2X unit #1 w/opt 1 & 2, transmitter; and 1 ea, P/N IPT-2X unit #1 w/opt 1, transmitter. These transmitters have to be form, fit and function to be compatible with the existing computer control software used in the system. The transmitteds also need to fit in the existing cases for specific mounting requirements to an existing system, the Triple Ground Threat Emitter(TGTE). Pulse Systems installed the original transmitters and is the only known company that has transmitters that are compatible. The Government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pulse Systems.
