Desc. Boroscope system. This requirement is for an Olympus Boroscope consisting of the following P/Ns: 2100525 ILV-C1 SYSTEM CASE (IV6, DSM-2, OVD-3), 1161719 IV6C6-20 VIDEOSCOPE NTSC, TIP REQUIRED, 1150954 MAJ-689 IV6C6-AT60S/60S STEREO TIP, 1152157 INSPECTION IMAGE MANAGER V2.0, 1160170 1393CBA NICAD 14 AMP DC POWER, 1160108 1393CBC DC CABLE N-14 TO ILV-C, 1150746 IV6C6-AT80S SIDE VIEW TIP ADAPTOR. "OR EQUAL". This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation -- commerical items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569. The anticipated award date will be Oct 26, 2001.
