Description

The following information is added to the requirement which was published on 10/11/01: The cores shall be logged by a person with experience with the methods for observing and recording fractured rock cores. The multilevel casings shall be designed to sample hydraulically active sections of the boreholes by a qualified person experienced in assessing cores to determine this information. The past performance references shall include contracts that cover all aspects of this requirement, i.e. designing and installing multilevel casings, and performing hydraulic transmissivity testing in fractured rock, in addition to drilling experience. The due date for submission of quotes is extended to 10/30/01.
