The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Research, Development & Engineering Center proposes to acquire on a sole source basis Information Technology (IT) services from System Dynamics International, Inc., 4315 Bradford Dr, Huntsville, AL. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire 675 hours of basic IT services, and range options covering 48 months (range 1 thru 344,000 option hours) and associated Other Direct Cost incidental to the performance of the services in support of the Join t Technology Center/System Integration Laboratory requirement for Joint and Service tactical Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) computer IT services. The purpose of this effort is to leverage existing ISR computer hardware and software in formation technology expertise used in the design, development, implementation and integration of the JTC/SIL Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) Driver, the Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) Tactical Unmanned Control Station (TUCS), Tacti cal Communications (TACCOM) Interface Module and Institutional Mission Simulator (IMS) to support future Joint and Service tactical ISR computer applications in support of JTC/SIL customer requirements.
