Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order, on a sole source basis, to AGFA Corporation, to maintain AGFA IMAGE SETTERS (Select Set 7000 and Avantran 30B) and RIPS (Star800 and Apogee Viper 3.02 Software). The period of performance is date of award through 30 September 2002. All responses should reference PR Number 498000602. Interested parties should submit a qualification and capability statement. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competitive basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered nonresponsive to this synopsis. Oral communications are not accepted. Responses may be submitted via mail, facsimile, or email. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
