Potential Sources Sought. The Coast Guard is seeking qualified sources to consider in an award of an ORDER FOR SUPPLIES/SERVICES. Parts are manufactured by Churchill Corp, Melrose, Pa. Manufacturer these parts. HF (High Frequency) Coupler Housing Enclosure, coupler housing for replacement units (Starboard Configuration) (17) ea; HF (High Frequency) Coupler Housing coupler housing (port Configuration) (15) each. Delivery will be F.O.B Destination, U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistic Center, and Baltimore, MD. 21226. It is the Government?s belief that the items required can only be obtained from authorized distributors such as: Churchill Corp. If there are other authorized distributors, you are required to provide authorized distributorship from Churchill Corp to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistic Ctr. Within (3) days of this announcement however, other potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities can submit such data discussing the same in duplicate within (3) days from the date of this announcement. The following information must be provided to evaluate the acceptability of the o9ffered parts: 1) complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e. salient physical, functional and serviceability characteristics), or 2) data that the offered part as have been satisfactorily manufacture red for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department Of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
