THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS SEEKING CONTRACTORS WHO CAN PROVIDE ANY OR ALL OF THE BELOW PRODUCTS, POSSES A CURRENT SECRET FACILITY CLEARANCE, AND EMPLOY PERSONNEL CAPABLE OF PERFORMING THIS WORK, AND WHO ARE CLEARED TO THE SECRET LEVEL. ALL CONTRACTORS RESPONDING WHO DO NOT MEET THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. LOUIS, MO. 63118-3399. WORK REQUIRED The Government will require replication of Classified Secret DVD-9, DVD-5, DVD-R 4.7 GB, CDROM, CD-R 74 min., 8MM-112m tape and/or S/VHS MASTER QUALITY-246M X 807' tape as requested by the Government contract. A two-color paper insert (Black and Red) for each DVD/CD requiring replication shall be produced in accordance with Government sample provided. The DVD/CD label should be screened Printed 3 color (White flood, Black & Red). A two-color, 2 page, paper booklet (Black and Red) shall be produced for each CDROM /CD-R. The finished artwork shall be assembled in a single jewel case with the associated media. The Government shall provide artwork for the 8MM and S/VHS MASTER QUALITY tape. The finished product shall be packaged in cartons and markings shall be in accordance with standard practice for commercial packaging and marking which shall include: Stock number Quantity Government Contract Number From: (Contractor name, address, and telephone number To: (Name and address of place of shipment) Finished product shall be shipped to the address identified in delivery section according to delivery schedule in the delivery order. When the product is packaged and ready to ship, the contractor shall notify the Government and provide a packing list of the completed products being shipped to: NIMA 3200 South Second Street St. Louis MO. 63118-3399 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL The Government will supply two Pre-master Classified Secret, Digital Linear Tapes (DLT) for each DVD-9 data set. The tapes will be in DDP 2.0 format. Each tape will contain a separate layer, labeled as Layer 0 and Layer 1. Layer 0 indicating outer layer and Layer 1 indicating inner layer. The government will provide one Pre-master Classified Secret DLT for DVD-5 and /or DVD-R. The tapes will be in DDP 2.0 format. The Government will provide a CD-R encompassing the insert and label artwork using Freehand 5.5 formatted for the Macintosh for each DVD to be replicated. The Government will provide one sample DVD hard copy to show the layout of the artwork. The contractor shall return the Master DLT for each title after the master DVD for each title is generated. The Government will supply a Master CD-R for each CD title to be replicated. A CD-R will be supplied with Freehand 5.5 Artwork format for each CD to be replicated. The artwork consists of the two-color (Red and Black) jewel case booklet and insert with a 3 color (White flood, Red and Black) CD label. The Government will provide the software for creating the barcode (MAC Format). The Government will provide one sample CD-R hard copy to show the layout of the artwork. The Government will supply a Classified Secret master 8MM tape to replicate 8MM or S/VHS 2150. The artwork / labels for the 8MM and S/VHS MASTER QUALITY tapes will be supplied by the Government. The contractor shall replicate the tapes and adhere the artwork / labels according to the samples provided by the Government QUALITY The replicated DVD/CD shall be free from media defect (disc data readable). The artwork shall be as clear and readable as the Government sample DVD/CD artwork that was provided. The contractor shall insure that the bar code on the back of the insert and / or front booklet is 100% readable and represents the data title for each product generated. The File marks on the 8MM and S/VHS tape shall mirror the file marks on the master provided. The Contractor will provide a completed media of the first production run (DVD/CD/8MM,S/VHS Tape Proof) for the Government to review prior to the contractor beginning production. . After the DVD/CD/8MM,VHS Tape Proof is approved by the government the contractor shall provide one (1) DVD/CD/8MM,S/VHS Tape Quality sample for every 20 titles produced to insure the production process stays consistence through the production run. DELIVERY The contractor shall send the packaged media to: Defense Distribution Mapping Activity Warehouse 66-D Road F 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond Va. 23297-5516 The contractor shall send the Quality proofs to: NIMA 3200 S. SECOND STREET ST. LOUIS MO. 63118-3399 DELIVERY SCHEDULE: NORMAL DELIVERY TURN AROUND WILL BE 14 TO 30 CALENDAR DAYS. HOWEVER, REQUIREMENTS MAY BE ISSUED REQUIRING A 7 CALENDAR DAY TURN AROUND. VOLUME: WORK COULD START FROM 5 TITLES, 20 COPIES EACH FOR VHS; 5 TITLES, 68 COPIES FOR 8MM; 5 TITLES, 90 COPIES DVD; 5 TITLES, 30 COPIES CD -- -- -- TO -- -- -- 200 TITLES, 40 COPIES FOR VHS; 200 TITLES, 80 COPIES FOR 8MM, 200 TITLES, 90 COPIES DVD; AND 200 TITLES, 90 COPIES CD.
