Description

This effort is being resynopsized. The Edgewood Branch of the US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a solicitation on the basis of full and open competition. This effort will provide services for logistics s upport. The objective of this effort is to obtain technical manuals and other technical publication-related services; training products and services; fielding support to include deprocessing and installation of systems; technical troubleshooting and probl em solving services; provisioning services and documentation; and Logistics Support Analysis/Logistics Management Information support services and documentation to include maintainability and reliability analyses and human factors/safety engineering. Expe rtise will be needed in the following areas: preparation of technical publications and training materials in accordance with military specifications; podium and hands-on training of various Army equipment systems in a field environment; performance of Logistics Support Analysis and Logistics Management Information on Army Systems; provisioning and maintenance decisions on equipment designs; project management; writing and editing technical publica tions. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity completion form task order contract with a forty-eight month ordering period and a sixty month period of performance. Anticipated release date of the solicitation is November 14, 2001. The solicitation will be posted on the following web site: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
