- Description
- Contractor shall conduct JCAHO pre-survey assessments of all applicable services and departments within the Army healthcare facilities within the Great Plains Regional Medical Command, to include written reports of each survey. Performance period will be from November 2001 through 30 September 2002, with two option periods. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12.
