Description

The work includes inspecting and maintaining the heating and ventilation system, including controls, and providing labor, materials (belts) and equipment necessary to maintain them in good efficient operating condition at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The base period for this solicitation will be for 11 months (November 2001 through September 2002.) This solicitation contains provisions for four 12-month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offers: past performance and performance narrative. These technical factors when combined are equal in value to price.
