Description

This project consists of providing janitorial services for the cleaning of all three floors of the Supervisor's Office/Athens Ranger District Office and the adjacent Warehouse Building located at 13700 US Highway 33, Nelsonville, Ohio. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, and supplies, as specified in the solicitation, necessary to clean the buildings. The project area is located in Athens County, Ohio. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price Performance Based Service Contract for a Base Period of 10 months and 3 one-year options. Work is to be accomplished in accordance with the schedule and other requirements of the Request for Quotations. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Quotes must be received by Close of Business on 11/19/01.
