Description

Renovations for the U.S. Attorney's Office at the M.C. Smith Federal Building, Bangor, ME. The scope of work consists of the renovation of approximately 11,500 square feet of existing U.S. Postal woorkroom space. The work includes removal of loading dock equipment, masonary walls, doors, windows, flooring, suspended ceilings, mechanical and electrical equipment, and provisions for metal stud partitions, windows, flooring, ceilings, painting, mechanical equipment, ductwork, electrical lighting, power and data, and incidental related work. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS Code for this project is 233320 (SIC 1542). This project is open to both large and small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. IFB will be available via the internet only at http://www.eps.gov. Estimated posting date for IFB is on or about 11/6/01. It is the bidders responsibility to monitor this site (or register for notices) for the release of the IFB and any amendments and downloading copies.
