- Contractor shall furnish all work associated with Upgrade Electrical Distribution System, completed in accordance with statement of work, specificiations, and drawings, for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, MO. The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) Code is 23531. Bid documents will be issued on or about November 2, 2001; bid opening will be on or about December 4, 2001. This is an unrestricted procurement. All offers received by responsible sources will be considered. Contract award will be subject to availability of funds.
